Lapis lazuli description
Lapis lazuli is and very good stone for creativity and clear thinking. It can also help you with inner peace and help you accept difficult things. It makes you sincere and honest and lets you look at things objectively. It helps you find your own opinion and express it.
Lapis lazuli consists for the most part of the mineral lazurite (blue) with often also some calcite (white), sodalite (blue) and pyrite (gold). The name lapis lazuli actually literally means 'blue stone'. Lapis is the Latin word for 'stone'. Because of the pyrite in this stone, it is not wise to let it get wet a lot. This can affect the stone.
