Carnelian is a very grounding stone that is very motivating and uplifting. It makes helpful and attracts success. He protects against negativity and makes steadfast. He also makes you cheerful by his beautiful colors and awakens vitality.  The origin of the name comes from the Latin word: 'carneus' which means flesh-colored.
